Ticketing Place des arts

How do I buy a ticket?

First, you must create an account or log in to the Place des Arts ticketing platform (TicketMaster).
Once logged in, follow these steps:

1- Go to the page for the show of your choice and click on “TICKETS”

2- Select your seat from among those available, choose your ticket price, and add it to your cart

3- Click on your cart in the top right corner of the screen to continue with your purchase and proceed to checkout.

Note: For all tickets purchased at a reduced rate, valid identification will be required at the venue entrance.

How do I use a promo code?

To use a promo code, you must create an account or log in to the Place des Arts ticketing platform before selecting your seats. The option is located at the top of the screen, next to the price box.

On a smaller screen or on a mobile device, you must click the “Filters” button to see the “Promo Code” option.

Note that promo codes are sometimes automatically applied to the purchase link when the promotion comes from a Place des Arts newsletter, for example.

How do I get my ticket before the show?

Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you can retrieve it by following the steps in this tutorial.

Be sure to download your mobile ticket from your Ticketmaster account at least 30 minutes before the event starts and have it ready on your phone to make it easier to enter the venue.

Do I need to create an account to buy a ticket?

No, you don’t need to create an account to book a ticket. Simply enter your contact information and the details requested during the booking process.

How can I take advantage of the “4 Shows and More” package?

To receive a 15% discount on your tickets, you must purchase at least 4 tickets to different shows at the regular price. The discount will then be applied automatically at checkout.

How do I find my ticket after I've purchased it?

When you make your purchase, you’ll need to choose a delivery method to receive your tickets:

Electronically (free): Receive your tickets by email, including a PDF version and a ticket compatible with your e-wallet.
Pick up at the venue (free): Your tickets will be available at the box office one hour before the performance begins.
By mail ($3.50): Please allow 10 business days for your tickets to arrive.
