This summer, the Festival Quartier Danses (FQD) invites you to rediscover the visual arts in a whole new way… through dance! Following the success of its previous editions, FQD is relaunching its regular Dancing Exhibits workshops, a unique cultural mediation initiative. Organized in collaboration with the PHI Centre and the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA), this sensory experience blends movement, architecture, and the visual arts.
For these three exclusive events, you will be guided by dance artist Constance Aubry. Through accessible dance games and simple exercises, she will invite you to interact with the exhibited works in a new light and explore the institutions’ spaces with your body—an experience tailored to every community.
This is a rare opportunity to experience art in an unprecedented, simple, and moving way! No dance experience is required. Don’t miss out!
