From September 11 to 20, FQD captured the audience with a hybrid online and urban edition. Online, 16 co-creations by 33 Montreal artists, a retrospective photo exhibition, a film program of 10 short films and a panel discussion on systemic racism in dance were made available to local and international audiences between September 11 and 20. In an urban context, FQD presented 20 performances featuring 32 local artists at the Place des Festivals, the Jardins Gamelin, the Place-Saint-Henri metro station, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) and the McCord Museum. FQD also went off the beaten path by presenting a sold-out ELLES telephone performance under the artistic direction of Andrea Peña.
