From September 7 to 17, Festival Quartiers Danses (FQD) will be back to celebrate its 15th anniversary! This year, a total of 23 creations will be presented in 12 performances at the Cinquième Salle of Place des Arts and one at the Salle Bourgie of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
In addition to the indoor program, several satellite activities will be offered free of charge. 28 performances will be presented in various key venues in the city of Montreal, three evenings of short films, a photographic exhibition on creative dance and a day of round table discussions. FQD’s programming revolves around the theme “The Builders”; a vibrant tribute to all those artists and creators who have marked the last 14 years of the festival.
