Choreographer and performer
Based in Montreal, choreographer and dancer Pauline Gervais employs a fluid and visceral movement style. A graduate of the École supérieure de ballet du Québec, she has collaborated with artists such as Lina Cruz, Johanne Madore, and Herman Kolgen. Since 2018, the company Pauline Berndsen Danse has been taking its vision to the international stage, from the United Kingdom to Brazil, via Spain, Italy, and Poland, where it created *Murmuration* for the Wrocław Opera Ballet. Her multidisciplinary approach blends contemporary dance, film, and artistic collaborations, exploring the creation of evocative and transformative worlds through the body.
