Filmmaker & choreographer
After a full career as a contemporary ballet dancer (Canada’s National Ballet School, Les Grands Ballet Canadiens) Louis-Martin founded LIBERAMÆ performance & films in 2005. He choreographs, writes and directs art films and documentaries. Devoted to the advancement of dance on screen, he is focussed on unearthing authenticity through mouvement with each collaboration. He also teaches acting through movement and improvisation to the younger generation of dancers. He lives in Montreal with his family.
