Choreographer
Charles Brecard (il/lui), born in New Caledonia/Kanaky, is a dance artist, curator, sports massage therapist and poet, based between Montreal/Tio’tia:ke and France. He teaches his FLUIDIFY approach in over ten countries. His works, with their powerful physicality and epic, melancholy imagery, have been performed in Brazil, Japan, Germany, Spain, Poland and Canada, receiving awards and distinctions (best choreography, Stuttgart, 2023). He has created for Bradyworks, André Pappathomas and the Wroclaw Opera Ballet, among others.
