We Just Out Here Loitering! is a dance-theater piece by Punit, an artist based in British Columbia, that blends contemporary dance, hip-hop, and breakdancing. The piece explores the idea of loitering: being present without a specific purpose, letting time stretch out, and questioning our relationship to productivity.
Through humor, silences, and suspended moments, the performers enter, exit, wait, or deliberately miss certain moments. Inspired by urban dance and contemporary practice, the work offers a space where simply being together—without seeking to go anywhere—becomes an experience in itself.
