Saha presents the image of a multilingual entity, shaped by diverse influences (India, Morocco, Canada) that coexist rather than merging into a single, stable form.
In a context marked by migration, diasporas, and multiple identities, the project highlights this plurality as a source of richness, resonating with the reality of Montreal.
The title “Saha” has several meanings. In Sanskrit, it means “together, with.” In Moroccan Arabic (Darija), it means “health.” This word brings together the ideas of being together, sharing a moment, and inhabiting a shared space with respect.
