A contemporary dance show for the whole family, INSECTA follows the adventures of a half-human, half-insect creature through the heart of the BAnQ, from the Espace Jeunes all the way to the Jardin d’art. Through fluid and disjointed movements, shifting between curious antennae and instinctive reflexes, this ‘mischievous ballet’ playfully celebrates female strength, autonomy, and leadership.
This 25-minute roaming performance is followed by a 20-minute dance workshop open to the whole family. Step into the playful world of INSECTA to share a unique moment where parents and kids alike can have fun exploring movement, awakening their imagination, and stepping into the shoes of miniature creatures
