Choreographed and performed by Gabrielle Simard and José Flores, “Entre Deux” symbolizes the discovery of oneself through the other’s eyes. Both dancers embody two distinct coexisting elements trying to cohabit as a unit. Similarly to Yin and Yang, opposing elements improve and become complementary when united, creating a duo suffused with strength, vulnerability, and sincerity. A 15-minute show, “Entre Deux” was inspired by two previous creations from Caramel Fleur de Sel, and integrates their sophisticated movements in an urban adaptation.
