Engrenage³
Engrenage³ is a project combining video and dance created in collaboration with the director Étienne Cantin and the Aix composer LACRYMOBOY.
This choreographic work, built in a unique context, reflects this new rhythm of life that has been imposed on the collective in recent months.
Caught in a dance that is regulated like a clock, the three performers move through the soundtrack within this uncluttered circular place, in a world where human contact has been swept away with the back of the hand.
Together, they increase in power and volume to deliver gestures that are both mechanical and unbridled.
Véronique Giasson
These interviews were conducted in collaboration with MAtv, Vidéotron’s citizen channel, as part of the Festival Quartiers Danses serie.
