The Festival Quartiers Danses is back for its 22nd year, to our great delight.
Featuring modern, multidisciplinary and original performances by experienced and emerging artists, this unique event dedicated to diversity and inclusion has it all.
With its rich indoor and outdoor programming, this platform for expression brings vibrancy to the Quartier des spectacles and to our living environments. Thanks to its street art and cultural mediation workshops, the FQD contributes to the democratization of culture and the development of our cultural metropolis.
The city of Montréal is proud to support this festival, which highlights the importance of dance as a cultural expression, encourages encounters and exchanges, and stimulates creativity.
I want to thank all the artists who share their immense talent with us, and congratulate the festival team on more than 20 years of dance and memorable moments.
Dance transcends eras. It unites peoples by offering a universal language that fosters dialogue between cultures. I invite all Montrealers to enjoy it to its fullest.
